What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap: Identify key use cases by interacting closely with our customers and users, and define the product strategy and roadmap
- Shape user experience: Collaborate with UX designers to transform your product vision into intuitive interfaces specifically designed for native GenAI functionality, setting new standards for user interaction
- Build amazing functionality: Work alongside our world-class engineering team to build groundbreaking products that exceed customer expectations and push the boundaries of what's possible
- Champion user needs: We have thousands of companies using our product - interact with them closely to become the voice of all these users inside the company
- Enable sales success: Work closely with our sales and support teams to provide air cover during pre-sales and post-sales stages for our key enterprise customers
- Collaborate with marketing: Collaborate with marketing to deliver industry-leading messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead-generation strategy
Who You Are
Proven Data Product Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise product management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching technical products for data engineers.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of data stack concepts including ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data quality frameworks, and workload orchestration
- Hands-on experience with contemporary modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, Airflow
- Strong foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies
Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives through collaboration and persuasion rather than formal authority.
Strategic Problem Solver: Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities, with proven success in navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions to complex customer challenges.
Startup DNA: Previous experience in Series A or B-stage startups, demonstrating the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
