Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, from kickoff through successful go-live
Configure and customize the PatientNow platform to align with each customer's workflows and business needs
Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient and on-time implementations
Deliver clear, engaging training sessions tailored to different user roles, learning styles, and levels of technical proficiency
Guide customers through change management, helping them adopt new processes and workflows with confidence
Identify risks to onboarding success early and proactively drive solutions
Provide consultative recommendations to help customers optimize their use of the platform
Communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly, professional manner
Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding progress, configurations, and customer interactions
Stay current on new features, product updates, and industry trends to continuously improve onboarding outcomes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with CRM, EMR, or practice management software preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, GuideCX, or similar systems is a plus
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage different personalities and learning styles
Leads a small team of implementation specialists to deploy product integrations, ensure client adoption, and drive operational efficiency in a restaurant tech SaaS environment. Requires 5+ years in customer success and 1+ year managing teams, with POS and integration expertise.
