What You'll Do
Lead and improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into clear engineering execution plans
Drive sprint planning, prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams
Help scale engineering operations, delivery systems, QA processes, and development best practices
Remove blockers, improve velocity, and create operational clarity across teams
Stay connected to the technical side of development with a willingness to be hands-on when needed
Mentor engineering leaders and help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate on the company’s growing AI strategy, including AI-powered product features, automation initiatives, and developer productivity enhancements
Ensure teams are delivering scalable, high-quality software that aligns with business goals and customer needs
What We're Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in software development, including leadership experience within SaaS environments
Proven success partnering closely with Product organizations to deliver customer-facing software at scale
Strong understanding of Agile development principles and experience leading iterative software delivery
Experience managing multiple engineering workstreams in fast-paced environments
Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution and hands-on problem solving
Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
Passion for modern software development practices, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovation
Experience with AI/ML initiatives, automation tooling, or AI-enabled product development is a strong plus
Startup or high-growth SaaS experience strongly preferred
