Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products.
• Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with platform teams responsible for APIs and authentication.
• Ensure customers can complete work through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces as well as in Vanta.
• Lead marketplace and plugin launches across product, engineering, legal, security, and go-to-market teams.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products.
• Build developer-facing marketing through external agent documentation and customer stories.
• Partner with product partnerships and alliances on co-marketing with agent platforms such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
• Define adoption and quality metrics and use customer and product data to prioritize.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience taking products from strategy through shipped outcomes.
• Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products, including APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools.
• Hands-on experience building with AI and agent tools.
• Experience taking complex products or partnerships from strategy through launch.
• Ability to connect ecosystem opportunities to customer problems and product outcomes.
• Experience building relationships with technology platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or enterprise customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market.
• Strong written and verbal communication and sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
