About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the integrations development roadmap, prioritizing new integrations and capabilities based on product-team input, customer needs, business goals, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and make decisions about integration depth, capability, and sequencing.
  • Partner with integration leads to activate partners ahead of development and manage ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve existing integrations.
  • Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document and prioritize feedback.
  • Collaborate on marketing, field activities, training, and enablement to improve integration discoverability and configuration.
  • Measure and communicate integration breadth and depth, data availability, and progress toward customer compliance needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years supporting integration delivery, with a track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
  • Experience owning an integration catalog or category is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across product teams and business stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.
  • Strong planning skills and experience coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
