Responsibilities
Product & Systems Ownership
Own the product roadmap and day-to-day management of Fluidstack's logistics systems: WMS, IMS, material request ticketing, and dock management tooling
Ensure all logistics systems are integrated and communicating within the Fluidstack framework
Stay ahead of operational changes to anticipate system updates before they become blockers
Translate operational needs, edge cases, and process changes into clear requirements and user stories for the development team
Define and track system performance metrics; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the logistics tech stack
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between the logistics/operations team and the technical development team, ensuring that what gets built solves real operational problems
Partner with the Systems PM and engineering team throughout the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure WMS functionality — including piece-part and kitting — meets operational requirements
Communicate system changes, rollouts, and known issues to operational stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Qualifications
5+ years of experience on operations, logistics, or supply chain teams, with direct exposure to warehouse or inventory management systems
Demonstrated experience acting as a bridge between an operations/logistics team and a technical or digital development team
Ability to write clear, structured product requirements and user stories without heavy PM support
Strong understanding of WMS and IMS concepts, workflows, and configuration
Comfortable managing multiple digital products or system workstreams simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience at a company with a high-performance logistics or operations function
Comfortable working with data — pulling reports, validating system outputs, and using data to identify process gaps
First principles mentality — able to question existing processes and design better ones

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
