Responsibilities
Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite.
Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed trade-offs based on customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities.
Bring innovative mindset to product design and vision, challenging assumptions to solve customer problems.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Ops, and GTM teams to gather input, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify differentiation opportunities.
Lead experimentation, learning, and iteration using data to guide decisions.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partners; act as product advocate and voice of the customer.
Collaborate with product marketing on product positioning.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, preferably with restaurant or hospitality software.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle with proven ability to deliver intuitive, high-quality products that scale across platforms.
Technically fluent: engage with engineers, understand APIs and systems architecture, discuss implementation trade-offs.
Metrics-driven approach leveraging data for decisions.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate vision, rationale, and tradeoffs.
Empathy to understand customer needs and interactions.
Ability to make decisions with imperfect information, lead without authority, and manage ambiguity and complexity.
