Senior Product Manager, Reverse ETL

Responsibilities

• Distill ambiguous and technical customer feedback into product direction.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning design, engineering, product marketing, and other functions to deliver and continuously improve the product experience.
• Communicate product direction internally to sales and marketing, and externally to customers in sales conversations and the community.
• Work with founders and leadership to set product strategy for Census, Fivetran, and the wider data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven history of delivering successful and innovative software products related to data or data infrastructure.
• Demonstrated understanding of data and operations personas.
• Experience managing a multifaceted product roadmap and collaborating directly with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute a product vision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive strategy.
• Passion for working with technical customers to understand their needs, improve products, and communicate product vision.

• Annual compensation range: $215,424–$269,280 USD.
