Responsibilities
- Support analysis of product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
- Assist with producing insights and recommendations for Product, Technology, Customer, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, the central analytics team, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.
- Learn and use analytical tools such as Mixpanel and Dataiku to support data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, with support from senior colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Some experience, including internships or academic projects, in product analysis or a related area is a plus; strong potential and eagerness to learn are also valued.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with willingness to develop the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful and detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment and eager to learn from others.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Dataiku, or other data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis concepts.
- Exposure to Python.
- Interest in product management principles and practices.
