About the role

What You'll Do

  • Managing and reconciling incoming hotel invoices in our email inbox.
  • Verifying incoming invoices and reconciling them with our travel bookings.
  • Entering incoming invoices into our travel booking system.
  • Completing daily data collection tasks promptly and accurately (e.g. extracting VAT breakdown data).
  • Request missing hotel invoices directly from the hotels via email (and phone if necessary).
  • Research hotel contact addresses.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage tasks independently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Capability to maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Minimum of one year in the field.
