Responsibilities
- Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents.
- Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work.
- Set up and coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through execution.
- Deliver precise, commercially sound contract support while balancing speed and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a transactional or corporate practice group, or an in-house commercial legal team.
- Hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
- Ability to work accurately in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter mindset with an interest in improving team operations.

- Exposure to private capital, fund structures, or investor onboarding workflows.
