Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack software products for privacy, data protection, AI governance, and accountability in Palantir’s software platforms.
- Build security and governance primitives, applications for auditors, user-facing workflows for AI governance, internal tools for data protection, or novel solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates (engineers, designers, lawyers, policy experts) to understand customer challenges.
- Engage with and help shape latest developments in law and policy.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams with minimal supervision.
- Work as a software engineer on core platform products, as a forward-deployed engineer improving customer workflows, or as a policy researcher.

What We Require
- Engineering background, preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
- Must be planning on graduating in 2027 (final internship before graduating).
