About the role

Responsibilities

  • Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
  • Immerse in the industry, maintaining deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake’s products and marketing

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years within a pre-sales environment
  • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
  • Broad experience with large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies (e.g., Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Fabric)
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
  • Ability to connect customer’s business problems with Snowflake’s solutions and perform deep discovery of customer architecture
  • Proactive curiosity for the AI landscape and ability to leverage AI code generation tools
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields (or equivalent experience); Masters in Data Science or Business Administration is a plus
