What You'll Do
- Build and own quantitative models that go into production, not into decks
- Develop new indices and research problems across the exchange
- Work directly with engineering, product, and trading on problems that don't have established solutions
- Ramp fast on prediction markets and find the edges that others haven't seen yet
What You Bring
- Very sharp, independent, and practical: you figure things out without needing a roadmap
- Strong math, stats, and quant finance background
- Comfortable with derivatives; familiarity with risk and VaR preferred
- Hands-on with Python, statistics, and ML models
- Strong quantitative degree from a leading university
- 2+ years of experience
