Build and manage a quality team, implement risk management and quality systems, ensure compliance with AS9100, and partner with engineering and manufacturing to achieve reliability and mission success. Requires 10+ years aerospace experience and 5+ years leading quality organizations.
Leads QA for AI agent platform, building test strategies, validating voice/chat/email agents for accuracy and edge cases, manages distributed offshore team, and owns release quality gates in fast-paced environment. Requires 7+ years QA experience with non-deterministic products.
Senior Quality Engineer building and maintaining automated tests in Python and JavaScript for web, mobile, and REST services.
