Part-Time Student Worker
Supports validation and stability of manufacturing test infrastructure for autonomous vehicles, including factory on-call triage and issue reporting. The role is designed for a currently enrolled technical B.S. or M.S. student with Linux, Git, and Jira experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate validation cycles for Zoox manufacturing test infrastructure, focusing on test-infrastructure stability.
- Provide on-call support for the factory as a representative of the HWSI-FW team.
- Document, triage, characterize, and report stability issues to unblock factory operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in Automotive Engineering, Robotics, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical field.
- Available for a minimum three-month assignment.
- Able to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Able to work on-site in Foster City, CA.
- Adhere to Zoox confidentiality requirements.
- Understand and navigate complex technical systems.
- Work effectively through ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Linux, Git, and Jira.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other safety-critical systems.
- Experience with simulation environments and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
