About the role
Responsibilities
Own the dealer onboarding process end-to-end for converted leads from Sales.
Create Admin and Login credentials for dealership users.
Setup and follow-up for dealer ACH direct deposit for automated funding.
Enroll new dealers (incl. buyouts, merges, etc.) into systems so that they can submit applications and fund contracts.
Follow-up for, review, and disposition dealer agreements based on requirements set by Dealer Risk.
Conduct due diligence reviews on potential dealers to ensure they meet the requirements of Roadrunner’s enrollment criteria and state / federal regulations.
Enroll dealers in the pre-qualification program by reviewing the agreement and conducting due diligence.
Maintain dealer records including ownership changes, phone number changes, banking information, OEM updates, etc.
Monitor dealer ACH Notice of Changes under NACHA operating rules.
Qualify dealers for Prequal onboarding for Experian and activate them for Safecheck.
Other duties as assigned related to new dealer onboarding/enrollment or administrative maintenance needed in order to deliver top quality servicing for our dealer partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years’ experience in the auto / powersports industry, specifically with experience working with or servicing dealerships.
Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Drive, Google Sheets, SalesForce, Slack, e-mail, and able to learn new systems efficiently.
Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able to work well under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals while passing quality assurance audits.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain diligent to complete all responsible tasks, regardless of work environment (remote or in-office).
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
