Own product-area metrics, funnels, experimentation, and behavioral analysis to identify opportunities and drive improvements in activation, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities
- Own the metrics and funnels for a product area, driving measurable improvement in activation, engagement, and retention.
- Identify opportunities in user behavior and turn them into product bets, working directly with product managers and engineers to ship improvements.
- Design and run A/B and growth experiments, and act on the results.
- Build instrumentation, semantic models, and agents that surface product insights and opportunities proactively.
- Maintain trusted data through quality, definitions, and lineage.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with applied statistics and experimentation, including A/B and growth testing.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, including activation, engagement, and retention.
- Ability to deliver directional answers quickly while recognizing when decisions require rigor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with comfort working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
