Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the West region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the 50 to 9,999 life segment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
- Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
