About the role
What you’ll do
Architect and own the multi-year strategy and vision for the Pindrop Platform, aligning Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership around long-term platform priorities and business outcomes.
Define how shared platform capabilities — including AI/ML services, APIs, integrations, observability, identity, security, entitlements, orchestration, and configuration management — evolve to support enterprise-scale growth.
Drive prioritization across foundational platform investments, customer-facing platform services, and innovation initiatives while balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
Establish platform governance models, product operating frameworks, and execution standards to elevate consistency.
Collaborate with GTM leadership to define commercialization strategies, positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch plans for customer-facing platform capabilities.
Regularly engage with customers and partners who consume platform capabilities (e.g., Pindrop Intelligence APIs, data services) to understand use cases, workflows, and unmet needs.
Manage organization goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform, including adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
