Technical Writer
Creates product documentation, in-product guidance, feature communications, and troubleshooting content for a cloud and AI security platform. The role requires at least three years of technical writing experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with docs-as-code workflows.

Responsibilities
- Develop in-product feature communications, including roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements.
- Manage documentation source files using GitHub and Markdown, pull requests, and automated pipelines.
- Use generative AI tools to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specifications, and draft documentation.
- Write concise portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours.
- Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and Markdown files for effective AI retrieval and search.
- Coordinate with developers, security experts, and support engineers to validate and maintain troubleshooting guides and technical resources.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing for complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.
- Ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and reviewing technical resources.
- STEM degree or professional experience in software development, QA, analytics, security operations, incident response, or IT.
- Mother-tongue-level English and exceptional written communication skills.
- Legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with docs-as-code tools such as Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and Markdown.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot.
