Responsibilities

Develop in-product feature communications, including roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements.
Manage documentation source files using GitHub and Markdown, pull requests, and automated pipelines.
Use generative AI tools to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specifications, and draft documentation.
Write concise portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours.
Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and Markdown files for effective AI retrieval and search.
Coordinate with developers, security experts, and support engineers to validate and maintain troubleshooting guides and technical resources.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in technical writing for complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.
Ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and reviewing technical resources.
STEM degree or professional experience in software development, QA, analytics, security operations, incident response, or IT.
Mother-tongue-level English and exceptional written communication skills.
Legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with docs-as-code tools such as Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and Markdown.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot.
