About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the core topline model and reporting cadence, connecting ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, GTM execution, and other operating trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations communicating GTM strategy and performance to the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Improve the quality and scalability of reporting infrastructure using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows.
  • Increase reporting accuracy, reduce manual work, and surface insights faster.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to improve processes and ensure reporting data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking or sales finance at high-growth SaaS technology companies.
  • Experience building and owning rigorous financial models, ideally for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business.
  • Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to translate detailed data into clear perspectives on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Clear communication skills with financial and non-financial audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • San Francisco base salary range: $150,000–$165,000 per year.
