Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that handle notifications and emails while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant frontend features.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Write design docs and code, incorporating feedback from peers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver products.
- Contribute to supporting infrastructure.

Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, including building user-facing features from design to finish.
- Full-stack web development experience with a balance across modern web technologies and backend services.
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing.
- Ability to code with resiliency and fault tolerance in mind.
- Operational experience supporting live operations for websites.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Skills in written/verbal communication, project leadership, engineering culture improvements.
- Experience working with teams outside of engineering.
