Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the application development process across technical strategy, people management, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a technical stakeholder, contributing code when needed to unblock the team and resolve high-severity production issues.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-impact features in partnership with Product Managers and Designers.
• Champion operational best practices, including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hire, coach, and retain engineering talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, User Experience, and Data Science teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering management leadership roles.
• Track record of delivering complex, scalable systems.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead technical projects with high ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range for Colorado-based candidates: $170,000–$226,000, plus target bonus.
