- Lead all design aspects of projects from start to finish within cross-functional agile teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices and strong design craftsmanship.
- Experience crafting web products and user interfaces for enterprise users.
- Ability to distill complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable, optimized design solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Meticulous attention to consistency.
- Experience with Figma.
