Software Engineer, New Grad

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Own projects from initial idea through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and turn feedback into product improvements.
• Build systems that power AI agents, real-time collaboration, and enterprise-scale workflows.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute thoughtful code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customers to deliver features quickly and make measurable impact.

Requirements

• Completing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Experience building software through internships, research, open source, startups, or personal projects.
• Ability to solve difficult technical problems and learn new technologies.
• Interest in working across the stack.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where engineers take ownership and make product decisions.
• Strong collaboration and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least three days each week.

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000–$165,000, in addition to equity and benefits.
