Responsibilities
Sell
Manage a pipeline of leads in HubSpot, including inbound interest, warm marketplace leads, and outbound prospects.
Run discovery calls to understand providers’ capacity, enrollment goals, current tools, and pain points.
Match providers to the appropriate product tier and pitch the product lineup.
Handle objections about pricing, timing, and other concerns with empathy and specificity.
Guide
Lead providers through the purchase and onboarding process, including account setup, listing claims, product configuration, and initial wins.
Drive Success
Follow up after the sale to confirm providers are actively using their purchases.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on product usage.
Spot at-risk accounts early and flag them before churn.
HubSpot Process
Log calls, emails, meetings, and texts in HubSpot.
Maintain accurate deal stages, next steps, and close dates.
Use HubSpot sequences, tasks, workflows, and meeting tools to manage follow-up.
Report funnel conversion rates by stage, cycle time, and closed revenue.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, BDR/SDR, or another customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or marketplaces.
Working fluency in HubSpot, including pipeline management, activity logging, sequences, workflows, meeting tools, and basic reporting.
Strong phone and video presence, with the ability to cold-call small business owners and quickly earn their trust.
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a book of business independently.
Nice to Have
Experience in early childhood education, childcare, edtech, or selling to small business owners.
Drives scaled sales campaigns, product adoption, renewals, and commercial negotiations for high-potential startup accounts. The role requires client-facing experience, consultative selling, strong analytical and prioritization skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
