Requirements
- 3+ years running transaction-level operations for private funds, RIAs, fund administrators, or custodians
- Track record owning fund operations
- Actively applying AI to build systems and gain leverage
- Systems mindset, someone who looks for root causes and address patterns
- Comfortable building new controls and adopting to new transaction structures
- High attention to detail and low tolerance for unintentional risk
