Responsibilities
Develop and implement partnership strategies with a named group of Indian systems integrators to grow their Okta practices.
Work with regional sales leaders globally to drive initiatives and foster collaborative relationships.
Own annual partnership planning, including joint investments, target customers, pipeline, and execution plans.
Establish regular business reviews and executive interlocks to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Identify key opportunities and growth areas within the partnership framework.
Begin as an individual contributor building the foundation for strategic alliances, with the ability to scale quickly into team management and navigate global-to-local dynamics.
Requirements
8+ years of experience building alliances with Global Systems Integrators, including co-marketing, investment strategies, practice creation, and product or solution development.
Deep, recent experience with the Indian GSI landscape and existing relationships with organizations such as Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HCL.
Proven strategic alliance management experience, preferably in the security sector.
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge relevant to identity and access management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level engagement and negotiation.
Ability to set strategy, plan effectively, and drive execution.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
San Francisco Bay Area annual on-target compensation: $269,000–$403,000 USD.
Annual on-target compensation for California outside the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $240,000–$360,000 USD.
Compensation includes base salary and incentive compensation and depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Equity may be offered where applicable.
