Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and architecture for the integration pod, including connections to external systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Architect reliable, scalable, and maintainable data-ingestion and integration systems that account for API rate limits, authentication, security, compliance, and customer-specific requirements.
- Design and evolve IQ-layer context primitives powered by external data.
- Translate customer integration requirements into scalable solutions.
- Define project plans, drive major initiatives to completion, and guide architectural priorities.
- Research and propose architectural improvements, evaluate trade-offs, and align stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering excellence and the broader organization’s technical vision.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with staff- or principal-level scope and influence.
- Experience leading major technical initiatives through completion and evaluating their real-world consequences and trade-offs.
- Deep expertise designing and building integrations and data-ingestion systems across multiple external platforms.
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals, including reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, agents, copilots, tokens, credits, context windows, RAG, and data governance.
- Experience building data foundations for LLM-based or AI-driven product experiences.
- Strong technical judgment, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $221,000–$260,000 USD.
