Product Manager of AI Applications, Global Public Sector
Owns the ideation, development, and delivery of custom AI applications and LLM solutions for government customers outside the United States. The role leads cross-functional teams, collaborates directly with clients and end users, and requires product leadership plus recent AI-powered product experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops with clients to define custom AI solutions.
- Scope new AI application use cases across government entities.
- Lead cross-functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.
- Engage future end users to solicit feedback and prioritize effectively.
- Stay current with applied AI research and custom LLM training.
- Define model evaluation sets and performance requirements, review results, and iterate on solutions.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and International Public Sector leadership.
Requirements
- Deep curiosity and excitement about building AI applications that drive quantifiable impact.
- Mission-driven mindset and strong desire to learn and grow quickly.
- 4+ years of experience building products, including experience within the last 1–2 years building AI-powered products.
- Strong technical background, such as a STEM degree, and/or experience building technical software products.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their enterprise and consumer applications.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Python coding experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic, written and spoken.
- Experience with vibe-coding tools such as Replit, Lovable, or Bolt.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Miro.
