Responsibilities
- Create high-quality videos, including cinematography, lighting, directing, and production.
- Independently execute ideas: source props, set up scenes, lighting, microphones, and all production elements without assistance.
- Produce humorous content that makes people laugh.
- Work intense hours (12 hours/day, 6 days/week) in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of cinematography, lighting, directing, and video production.
- Proven history of making movies or short films.
- Strong sense of humor.
- Generalist mindset: self-sufficient in all aspects of production.
Compensation & Benefits
- $150k-$200k cash salary + equity
