About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of team onsites in NYC and secondary cities (Chicago, Denver, Austin, etc.), from concept through post-event wrap-up, including being physically present to lead on-the-ground execution.
  • Manage all event logistics including travel coordination, venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and internal teams to align programming with company culture, goals, and employee experience strategy.
  • Proactively identify and address problems, risks, and inefficiencies across the onsite program.
  • Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders after each onsite and use it to continuously iterate on and improve the program.
  • Contribute to broader employee experience initiatives including All Hands, virtual events, merch production, and cultural programs focused on connection, celebration, and recognition.
  • Help develop and maintain efficient planning tools, templates, and processes for scalable onsite operations.
  • Uphold company brand and values through thoughtful, high-quality execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience producing corporate or internal events, with a strong track record owning end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Experience running complex, multi-city or multi-event programs independently.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Strength in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and creative problem-solving.
  • Refined eye for design and deep appreciation for brand-aligned, high-quality experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative team player who gives and receives feedback with empathy, and who contributes to team-wide initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
  • Based in the NYC area and able to work hybrid, with ability to be onsite in New York City office for team onsites.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30–40% for site visits and event execution.

Compensation

Target new hire base salary range for this role in New York City: $106,200 - $132,800. Total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
