Senior Software Engineer, Stablecoins
Build and scale backend services and smart contracts powering issuance, reserves, minting, burning, and rewards for branded stablecoins. The role requires 5+ years of backend engineering experience, production Solidity or EVM smart contract experience, and familiarity with Golang and Ethereum.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard custom stablecoin supply, shipping changes securely and audibly.
- Build and scale backend services for onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.
- Partner with product, design, and technical leads to turn the stablecoin roadmap into quarterly shipped features.
- Drive architectural decisions across backend and smart contract systems, balancing security, scalability, and delivery speed.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and improve operational excellence across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including designing, building, and operating production backend services.
- Experience writing, testing, and deploying production smart contracts, preferably where real economic value was at stake.
- Experience with Solidity or similar EVM languages.
- Ability to own services end to end and compose service-oriented architecture at scale.
- Knowledge of onchain security and correctness tradeoffs, including audits, upgradeability, access control, and key management.
- Familiarity with Golang and onchain fundamentals such as Ethereum or similar networks.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

- Direct experience building DeFi or stablecoin infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $186,065–$218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
