About the role
Responsibilities
Run sprint operating model: facilitate sprint planning, post-mortems, and play lifecycle so every program graduates to evergreen automated motion or is retired with documented learning.
Manage team activities using telemetry scoreboard measuring program impact; translate product-usage signals into account targeting and trigger logic; mature metrics toward cohort lift and revenue impact.
Manage portfolio of scaled GTM assets (Business Value Calculator, Use Case Library, Hackathon-in-a-box) as products: maintain roadmap, instrument adoption, enforce version discipline, run intake process.
Coordinate cross-functional play calendar across field, RevOps, and partner teams to surface overlapping programs.
Partner with RevOps and Data Team to integrate programs into delivery surfaces (workflow portals, Salesforce, Slack, Outreach) for end-to-end measurability.
Lead, coach, and develop a team spanning scaled customer programs, GTM automation, and technical account management using 4 Disciplines of Execution principles.
Partner closely with Business Value lead to translate methodology into scaled assets and programs.
Requirements
8+ years in GTM operations, RevOps, program management, or growth/lifecycle program ownership at a B2B SaaS company, including direct people-management experience.
Strong analytics skills: comfortable in SQL and warehouse data, building dashboards, turning telemetry into account-level action.
Fluency with modern GTM toolchain: Salesforce (campaigns and objects), marketing/outreach automation; ideally Retool or another low-code app layer.
Demonstrated operating-cadence discipline: experience running sprints, agile-style program rhythm, or 4DX-type cadence; ability to maintain a sacred scoreboard.
Cross-functional operator who moves work through Sales, Success, RevOps, and Product without relying on positional authority.
Strong written and verbal communication; runs structured, collaborative, actionable recurring forums.
High ownership mentality: builds and iterates playbooks.

Compensation
Base pay range: $151704 – $224400 per year.
Additional compensation in equity and/or commission dependent on position.
