What You Will Do
- Audit and continuously evaluate the company’s systems landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies
- Define and maintain a clear systems architecture, ensuring tools are purpose-built and not duplicative
- Drive consolidation and rationalization of tools where appropriate
- Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional capabilities of those integrations
- Work with tool owners to improve data integrity, consistency, accessibility and reporting across platforms
- Drive end-user adoption of key systems through training, documentation, and process improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools are configured to match real workflows, not vice versa
- Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve engagement and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within existing tools (e.g., CRM, ATS, support systems, internal platforms)
- Evaluate and pilot new AI-driven tools or features that improve productivity and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into day-to-day workflows in a practical, scalable way
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or IT roles
- Strong experience with leading SaaS tools and systems ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, Rippling, Zendesk, etc.)
- Proven track record of improving workflows, integrating systems, and driving tool adoption
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI capabilities in modern SaaS tools and curiosity to explore new applications
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented—able to see how pieces connect across the organization
- Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Bias toward action—focused on solving problems, not just identifying them

Compensation
For high cost of living areas in the US (San Francisco / Seattle / NYC), the expected salary range for this position is $134,000 - $154,000, plus bonus eligibility and equity. For all other locations in the US, the expected salary range for this position is $114,000 - $130,000, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
