Responsibilities
- Own cloud infrastructure availability, security, scalability, costs, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD practices and processes.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Support architecture best practices in collaboration with development teams.
- Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure security standards are met in cloud environments and throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and control cloud resource costs.
- Maintain and improve the observability stack.
- Create and maintain agentic skills to improve developer experience.
- Mentor and advise team members through code reviews and design discussions.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with AWS.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or other scripting and development languages.
- Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience managing and implementing Kubernetes clusters.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and strong experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring, data analytics, and log analytics tools.
- Experience with computer networking and network architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong individual contribution, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with AI coding agents and agentic workflow best practices.
