Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical strategist for public sector engagements, converting ambiguous mission requirements into robust architectural roadmaps and guiding onsite implementation.
- Architect production-grade AI application frameworks, integrating interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models at scale.
- Guide the evolution of cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity across environments.
- Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse global client use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to steer the technical roadmap, mentor staff, and ensure products align with a cohesive technical architecture.
- Translate client lessons into reusable engineering patterns.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent deep industry experience architecting complex distributed systems.
- 10+ years of full-stack experience across Python, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expert ability to design and oversee production-grade ecosystems with strong standards for system integrity, security, and scalability.
- Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in complex, high-security client environments.
- Ability to resolve ambiguity, mentor senior staff, and set technical vision.
- Experience with asynchronous workflows and documentation-first engineering cultures.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
