About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop, track, analyze, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Plan and lead project milestone meetings and tollgates; summarize project components, coordinate across the organization, gather documentation, and generate meeting materials.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and government contract requirements.
Manage project delays by realigning schedules and expectations.
Work directly with government customers to lead and execute strategic development and integration of off-grid networking technology.
Coordinate meetings, test events, and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities.
Develop project communication plans and provide routine status reports to stakeholders.
Conduct thorough risk management, providing regular updates on mitigation steps.
Lead contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors.
Develop and communicate multiple project roadmaps internally; update internal data systems with metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, obstacles, and mitigation plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years of technical project management experience; experience with sensors, compute systems, or wireless communications a plus.
Experience working with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies from initial concept to production launch, alongside Scrum Masters.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment developing commercial products.
Experience excelling in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, project plans, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
Experience working with suppliers to provide prototype materials during development and production tooling for product launch.
Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
Experience managing projects and tasks in JIRA.
Experience planning and leading project toll gate meetings such as PDRs, CDRs, and FDRs.
Experience supporting Government customers and projects such as SBIR development projects.
Compensation and Benefits
US Salary Range: $110,000—$165,000 (base salary; equity included in most full-time roles).
