Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, analyze, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Plan and lead project milestone meetings and tollgates; summarize project components, coordinate across the organization, gather documentation, and generate meeting materials.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and government contract requirements.
• Manage project delays by realigning schedules and expectations.
• Work directly with government customers to lead and execute strategic development and integration of off-grid networking technology.
• Coordinate meetings, test events, and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities.
• Develop project communication plans and provide routine status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough risk management, providing regular updates on mitigation steps.
• Lead contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors.
• Develop and communicate multiple project roadmaps internally; update internal data systems with metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, obstacles, and mitigation plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of technical project management experience; experience with sensors, compute systems, or wireless communications a plus.
• Experience working with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies from initial concept to production launch, alongside Scrum Masters.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment developing commercial products.
• Experience excelling in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, project plans, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
• Experience working with suppliers to provide prototype materials during development and production tooling for product launch.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Experience managing projects and tasks in JIRA.
• Experience planning and leading project toll gate meetings such as PDRs, CDRs, and FDRs.
• Experience supporting Government customers and projects such as SBIR development projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• US Salary Range: $110,000—$165,000 (base salary; equity included in most full-time roles).
