Responsibilities

  • Keep our kitchen, coffee bar, and snack stations fully stocked
  • Tend to plants and create weekly flower arrangements
  • Order and manage office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
  • Bring the office to life with seasonal decorations and holiday touches
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace
  • Support fun office initiatives, events, and special projects
  • Find new ways to make the employee experience even better

Schedule

  • Morning shift: 1-2 hours, set the office for the day
  • Afternoon shift: 1-2 hours, reset the office after lunch
  • As needed: Event & seasonal decorating, errands, tending to plants, creating floral arrangements
