Lead the build-out of centralized Operations Planning for Mercor's Human Data business. Own demand forecasting, staffing models, pipeline integrity, and cross-functional reporting to provide leadership with a single source of truth on production plans and revenue.
Partner directly with the GM of Growth at Mercor to drive strategy, OKRs, cross-functional initiatives, and execution across product, growth, operations, and hiring. Requires 4+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting (ideally Chief of Staff experience) in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Drive execution across Delivery, Finance, Product, and GTM by unblocking revenue, operationalizing plans, and running company cadences. Requires 1-4 years in consulting, ops, or finance plus top-school degree and data fluency.
