Gauntlet builds institutional-grade vaults and risk-optimized strategies for DeFi, providing risk-adjusted yields on stablecoins and other assets. They serve protocols, DAOs, fintechs, exchanges, and institutions by managing market risk, optimizing growth, and protecting billions in client assets through quantitative analysis and simulations. Their tools enable safer, more efficient onchain finance across major DeFi ecosystems.
Owns the full lifecycle of high-value Earn partnerships with fintechs, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols, from greenfield origination through activation. Requires 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, plus working knowledge of crypto and DeFi.
The Head of Compliance will build and operate Gauntlet’s company-wide compliance program, covering policies, controls, monitoring, registrations, examinations, and risk advisory. The role requires broad, hands-on compliance experience and strong judgment in a growing traditional and onchain financial business.
Quant Developer designing, implementing, deploying, and owning production vault strategies for onchain finance at Gauntlet. Full ownership of quantitative systems from research through live operation, risk management, and on-call monitoring. Requires production quant systems experience, strong Python, and applied statistics/optimization skills.

Own end-to-end origination, term-sheet negotiation, KYC/onboarding, and long-term book management across market makers, trading firms, RWAs, and regulated borrowers. 2-6 years sell-side IB, leveraged finance or capital markets experience required.
Senior Security Engineer partnering with Head of Security to build and scale security program for DeFi systems. Owns threat modeling, AppSec tooling, detection operations, vulnerability triage, and AI-driven automation across product, infrastructure, and operations.
Own credit risk for onchain lending products at a $1.5B+ TVL asset manager. Build underwriting frameworks, run due diligence, set risk parameters, and monitor portfolios across direct lending and securitized products.
