Responsibilities
- Create an amazing daily experience for our NYC WRITER colleagues and their guests
- Manage inventory to ensure the office is well equipped with snacks, beverages, supplies
- Maintain NYC office budget and ensure financial stewardship and high ROI for our spend
- Organize and support internal and external company events and meetings including our new hire onboarding program and our weekly global All Hands
- Own space and capacity planning and continually enhance office layout and seating plan
- Manage mail, shipping & receiving, and other office logistics
- Work with property management and vendors for various services, repair, and other support
- Create office policies and processes to drive efficiency and better employee experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office manager, administrator, or similar role
- Experience in fast-growing, fast-changing tech companies a strong plus
- Great customer service and hospitality mindset, friendly and approachable
- Strong attention to details that impact employee experience
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates and resolves issues
- Excellent at prioritization, time management, and juggling of many tasks
