Logistics Technician
Execute receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations for data center hardware at scale. Requires hands-on warehouse or data center experience with strong inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day receiving and shipping operations: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time
- Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems from the moment they arrive on site
- Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers fast
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy, and flag shortages before they block deployment or break-fix work
- Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, safe, and ready for rapid deployment, break-fix, and project material turns
- Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under the direction of the Logistics Lead
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment
- Strong focus on inventory accuracy with real-time logging
- Fast, organized, and reliable in following established processes
- Ability to flag problems early
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking
- Familiarity with data center hardware (servers, networking, GPUs)
- Experience in high-growth or hyperscale site operations
