Technical Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers, from scoping through delivery
• Coordinate across engineering, product, clinical, and customer teams to keep enterprise integrations and deployments on track
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early — and resolve them before they become problems
• Build lightweight program management processes that fit a fast-moving ~10-person engineering team
• Manage the cadence of engineering planning, tracking progress, and ensuring the team has clear priorities
• Work directly with enterprise customers' technical teams to architect integration solutions, scope timelines, and define requirements
• Drive incident response coordination and postmortem follow-through
• Contribute to how we scale our deployment and solutions practice — processes, tooling, and playbooks

Requirements

• Technical enough to read system design docs, understand deployment pipelines, and ask right questions in postmortems
• Experience owning complex technical programs end-to-end (e.g., from TPM, solutions architect, or technical deployment roles)
• Familiarity with: Python, Go, TypeScript, React, AWS, Nix, CDKTF, distributed systems, API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, enterprise deployment patterns
