Responsibilities

GTM Strategic Finance

  • Own revenue forecasting, sales capacity planning, and quota setting across all GTM segments.
  • Build and maintain the GTM operating model - top-line forecasting, ramp, productivity, and segment unit economics.
  • Run budget-vs-actual on GTM spend, including variances and reforecasts to support monthly business reviews and quarterly board reporting.
  • Deliver executive and board ready analyses on pipeline health, productivity, win rates, segment ROI, and competitive dynamics shaping the AI infra market.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on annual comp plan design, quota attainment and segment-specific structures aligned to consumption economics.
  • Own the bottom-up commissions forecast and the monthly reporting cadence.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years across strategic finance, GTM finance.
  • Direct experience with consumption-based revenue models and the planning / forecasting nuances they introduce.
  • Experience designing or owning sales compensation plans.
  • Expert financial modeling, top-down/bottoms-up revenue builds, capacity and quota models, and commissions calculation.
  • Comfort being the finance person in the GTM leadership room, and translating complex financial data into clean, executive-ready narratives.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple work streams under tight timelines, with best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts with the CRO, RevOps, and individual segment leaders.
