Staff Product Manager-Design and Intelligence
Leads product for AI-driven design and intelligence features, building scalable content creation platforms for enterprise marketing. Requires 10+ years PM experience, AI-native products, UI/UX expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering, design, and product teams to build innovative solutions for enterprise marketers.
- Build AI-native, multi-modal content design engine that understands brand values and design systems.
- Create end-to-end closed-loop content workflows for personalization, speed, and ROI.
- Collaborate on scalable platform architecture across enterprise use cases.
- Use data to identify improvements and prioritize initiatives.
- Co-launch products and features with other PMs.
- Innovate at AI forefront and work directly with enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (engineering + business/marketing ideal).
- 10+ years in product management or building products, including AI-native software.
- Experience in intuitive UI/UX design, detail-oriented, simplifying complex workflows.
- Experience building scalable platform architecture and discussing engineering.
- Strong analytical skills using data for decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $194,000 - $234,000 (varies by level, experience, skills).
