Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering, design, and product teams to build innovative solutions for enterprise marketers.
  • Build AI-native, multi-modal content design engine that understands brand values and design systems.
  • Create end-to-end closed-loop content workflows for personalization, speed, and ROI.
  • Collaborate on scalable platform architecture across enterprise use cases.
  • Use data to identify improvements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Co-launch products and features with other PMs.
  • Innovate at AI forefront and work directly with enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (engineering + business/marketing ideal).
  • 10+ years in product management or building products, including AI-native software.
  • Experience in intuitive UI/UX design, detail-oriented, simplifying complex workflows.
  • Experience building scalable platform architecture and discussing engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills using data for decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong project management to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $194,000 - $234,000 (varies by level, experience, skills).
