Staff Product Manager, AI Clinical Tools
Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI clinical tooling that gives Sprinter Health clinicians superpowers at the point of care. Build omnimodal AI Care Console and embed agentic next-best-action flows using proprietary foundation models.
What you have done
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling
- Experience deploying AI products, automation, or machine learning-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
- Ability to understand and optimize workflows across complex clinical workflows while balancing tech-enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction
- Track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development at the 1-to-n scale
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and scrub-in across team needs

- Startup experience, especially those that have gone through rapid growth
- AI side projects
What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation across Sprinter Health's technology and operations stack, increasing patient access and operational efficiency
- Full stack AI product development: from foundation model translation to agentic flow orchestration to point of care decision support to monitoring and evaluation
- Interface with a broad range of stakeholders from patients and front-line Sprinters to cross-functional and leadership team members to executive sponsors at partner clients
- Serve as internal domain expert on AI and clinical tooling; near-term team leadership opportunities available for the right candidates
Problems you will work on
- Pushing the frontier of omnimodal, always-on care: own tooling to support efficient, impactful, delightful clinician workflows
- Developing AI-native Care Console: own both big picture vision and execution for clinician cockpit for in-home and virtual clinicians
- Embedding agentic next-best-action flows at the point of care: bring AI orchestration system upstream into clinical workflows
- Translating proprietary foundation models into clinical impact: work with Sprinter Labs to translate logistics, engagement, clinical, and consumer data across millions of patients into impact across clinical tooling surfaces
