About the role

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust quality systems in alignment with AS9100 standards.
Lead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA).
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to identify risks, improve process capability, and ensure consistent product quality.
Support new product introduction (NPI) efforts, establish control plans and inspection strategies.
Use data-driven methods to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.
Shape quality strategy, mentor team members, and influence cross-functional decisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
Experience leading RCA/CAPA.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (AS9100 or similar).
Experience supporting NPI and scaling production in manufacturing.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control (SPC, capability analysis).
Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries.
ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma certification.
Knowledge of DFMEA, tolerance analysis, design reviews.
Experience with QMS, MES, PLM, data analysis tools.
Familiarity with metrology, NDT, automated inspection.
