At Typeface, AI deeply understands your brand through the Arc Graph — a living intelligence layer that powers personalized content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Arc Graph
- Build context ingestion and modeling for brand identity, products, claims, audiences, performance data
- Implement retrieval and grounding for relevant, accurate, compliant content
- Develop learning loops from user feedback, performance, integrations
- Partner across Email, Ads, Web, Creative, Video teams
- Establish enterprise governance, permissions, compliance systems

- Platform leadership: 10+ years PM experience owning platform/infrastructure products
- AI expertise: Experience with AI/ML products, retrieval, grounding, intelligent systems

Compensation
Base Salary: $195,000-$245,000 (varies by level, experience, skills)
Principal Technical Product Manager

Own core platform surfaces (onboarding, notifications, permissions, reporting) end-to-end for a B2B healthcare price transparency SaaS. Drive systems thinking, data-informed iteration, and cross-functional coordination to scale a unified user experience.
Staff Platform Manager, Payments Risk
Owns post-transaction product strategy for Airbnb's dispute lifecycle, driving chargeback representment, proactive prevention, and scalable infrastructure to reduce losses while protecting community trust. Requires 10+ years in payments risk product management with fintech experience preferred.
